Message the roastery

Which grind should I choose?

Match your brewer: Espresso for espresso machines, Auto Drip for a standard coffee maker, Pour Over for a V60 or Kalita, Chemex, French Press, Aeropress, Moka Pot, Turkish or Cold Brew. We grind right after roasting at no charge. If you own a grinder, choose Whole Bean.

How fresh is the coffee?

Your coffee is roasted after you order it. All orders ship within two business days; most weekday orders ship within 24 hours. Whole bean peaks 3–14 days after roasting; keep it sealed, cool and out of the light.

How much is in a bag?

A full pound (16 oz), about 33% more than the 12 oz bag most specialty roasters ship. That is roughly 30 cups of drip or 22 double shots. 9 oz, 2 lb and 5 lb sizes are available too.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Buy any roast one-time, or Subscribe & Save up to 20% from its product page (10% off every 2, 3 or 4 weeks, or 20% off weekly), pause or cancel any time. Not sure where to start? The Roaster’s Tour is two 4 oz bags in the taste you choose for $15, one-time. Four duos ship free.

What does “barrel roasted in small batches” mean?

We roast in 25-pound batches in a drum roaster, so every batch gets a roaster’s attention from first crack to the cooling tray. It is slower than industrial roasting, and it is why the same bean tastes different from us.
