Cro-Magnon is a balanced medium-dark blend tuned for everyday drinking — Mexican sweetness, Javanese body, Kenyan brightness. A full pound per bag, hand-roasted in 25-lb small batches by master roasters with 20 years at the drum. The cup that answers "what should I brew this morning?"
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, toasted almond, brown sugar, blackberry finish.
